The legend of the swan goes as follows:
"It
seems that a hole was accidentally dug in the Sky Land causing two children and a
tree to fall through. Fortunately, for the children, the swan saw them fall and caught them on his
back, since the world was all water at the time. The swan kept them safe on his back
until some soil could be gathered from the tree and spread on the Turtle's shell
to form an island. The island grew to become the world as we know it
today."
